Via Nova Museum is a process of decomposing of the old (disassembly of Via Negativa performances) and assembling of the new (Via Nova Museum exhibition). 11 performers carry out 20 performances – individual scenes, situations, actions as they’ve been carried out by their authors in the context of Via Negativa performances. The collective aim of performers is to create 20 artifacts and to exhibit them into collection of City Museum Ljubljana. Via Nova Museum treats a performance as a process of creating and setting up of an exhibition. Performances are running for two hours simultaneously at three different venues. During all this time audience can walk from space to space freely. The event is concluded with the opening of Via Nova Museum instalation. The instalation lasts for one hour. Best performance at Ex Ponto festival 2009 (audience selection)
