VN Lab will run as a series of 6 workshop sessions connected into a continuous creative process.
VN Lab is not an acting school – it’s not about teaching acting techniques or skills, but how and why to use them in performing. VN Lab is mostly practical work – the participants spend most of the time (re)searching their own material and developing the most efficient performing strategy. It’s meant for practitioners and makers of contemporary performing arts with some previous experiences.
The work follows the method of self-staging we’ve developed on the basis of a 10 year creative practice and on experience from giving workshops in Antwerp, Novi Sad, Beograd, Klagenfurt, Zagreb, Zadar, Dublin, Prague, Glasgow and Ljubljana.
