A living being in a living world

Six naked female bodies are situated in space, looking for their place among the audience. The performers, in different positions, grate “phallic” vegetables on their crotches: carrots, zucchini and cucumbers. Masturbation as a household practice. Naked Life is a performance that glides through the questioning of what it means to be a living being in a living world; what it means to have a body, the conditions of existence, the potential for life, the individual and collective conditions of development, the power to change them… Through poetic language, Naked Life visualises the intimacy of the living presence of the human body and the dynamics between its physical, mental and emotional identity.

After each performance, the performers write down their thoughts triggered by the action of grating vegetables. At the link below, we regularly update and publish their monologues in uncensored form.
