The agony of the body without an idea and the impotence of the idea without a body

A fascinating 23.5 m high concrete stage with an amphitheatre for 650 spectators was the main trigger for this group performance. This is the architectural core of the megalomaniacal building of the Youth Home in Split, which was planned as a cultural centre for socialist youth in 1979, but its construction was stopped in 1984 and remains functionally unusable to this day (2011). This concrete sarcophagus forms the context for performances about the agony of the body without an idea and the impotence of the idea without a body.
