Three presences: public, intimate and physical

The public and intimate presence of Marko Mandić can be experienced on two video screens. The first video “Mandić” summarises his theatre roles from the beginning of his career until he received the Prešeren Award for Artistic Achievement (2009). The second video “Marko” reveals his secret artistic experience, which he filmed over two nights in the SNG Drama fundus. In his third, physical presence, Marko encloses himself in a plastic bag for an hour and drains his body in a glass of sweat. The essence of the performance is summed up by Marko’s answers to the following three questions: 1. Why am I doing all this? For myself. 2. Who is it all for? Myself. 3. Who am I serving? Myself. Viva Mandić! Exhibitionist, narcissist, fool, intellectual, animal, egoist, artist.
