Ena Kurtalić

Actress, performer

Graduated in acting from the Academy of Performing Arts in Sarajevo, she has also studied movement at the AGRFT master’s programme and in workshops. She has acted in numerous performances at SARTR and Pozorištu Mladji in Sarajevo, films (All about Books, Love & dogs, Mama…) and TV series (Lud, Zbunjen, Normalan, Kriza…). Together with Amila Terzimehić she is the author of the shows All Inclusive and Odette & Odile, they have performed at several European festivals (MESS, It’s Festival, Fusion Festival, Skena Up). She has worked as a movement designer on several shows (Snijeg, Tvoj sin Huckleberry Finn and Bajkakoju idiot priča). She was part of the Mess Dance Company and the Magacin Kabaret. She currently lives and works between Sarajevo and Ljubljana. Since 2019 she has been a regular participant in Via Negativa productions (Naked Life, Physis, Castration, Breathe, Merry-Go-Round, 30 Movements, Don’t Force Me to Say What I Think etc).
